At Manitobah, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your mukluks, moccasins, or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
