Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our Indigenous-rooted footwear.
How do I determine my correct size for Manitobah mukluks?
Most of our mukluks and moccasins run true to size, but since natural materials like suede and leather stretch over time, we recommend sizing down if you are a half-size. Please refer to our detailed size guide for specific measurements.
What is your shipping policy for North American orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada and the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your products waterproof?
While many of our styles are designed for winter wear, only items specifically labeled as 'Waterproof' feature a breathable membrane and sealed seams. We recommend treating non-waterproof suede with a high-quality protector spray.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Exchanges are free of charge, while returns for a refund are subject to a small shipping fee unless otherwise specified during a promotional period.
How do Manitobah products support Indigenous communities?
We are proud to be an Indigenous-owned company. Through our Indigenous Visionary program and community partnerships, we invest in education, celebrate Indigenous art, and ensure that a portion of every purchase supports cultural preservation.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, we offer a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care of natural materials.
